The First UMC Church community doesn’t just flip a lever to “do social justice.” That sense of being active in bringing justice in many forms begins with a deep-seated spiritual core. This concert, we hope, will inspire you in ways to live and act in the world differently and ever-changing. The ministries, including the music ministry at the church, continually strive to support means of justice and inclusion in our region and beyond. A free-will offering will be taken at the concert to help support the music ministry in particular at the church. Please, invite your friends and family and do come to support the hard work of the musicians of First Church as we present this experience. See you there!
